Villa Oliva Vineyards is a Fully-Staffed Estate Resort.  Guests will experience the ultimate luxury of their own private staff including Resident Personal Chefs, Butlers, Maids and a Personal Concierge to Wine Country and beyond as well as the VOV Sommelier, Fromagier, Wine-Maker and Valets. All Menu and Wine Selections are custom-tailored, reflecting the Season and freshest local ingredients.

Villa Oliva is constructed of GREEN Principles.  VOV will be powered through the use of solar and wind.  A water reclaimation system will irrigate the vineyards and olive trees.  Many of the building materials for VOV are reclaimed Mediterranean stone and stone antiquities, some of which are more than 1000 years old. Buildings have been positioned as to not absorb abundant thermal energy throughout the day and will feature interior/exterior motion-sensor lighting.  LED outdoor ambient lighting will be used at night.  VOV will also have recycling bins and a composting area.

Ancient Mediterranean Stone on the Outside, A Menagerie of Artifacts on the Inside...make Villa Oliva Vineyards a Gallery. In collaboration with our partners at Phoenician Stone, VOV will feature a 16th Century Olive Press in the Grand Foyer, excavated by hand out of the Grecian isle of Cypress.   The Grand Ballroom will boast a majestic Four-Sided, Lion-Head Fountain.  Also on display, will be revolving Grecian and Italian artifacts including jewelry and pottery.  Elements of  VOV will be constructed of Biblical stone dating back more than 1000 years including wine cellars, Indoor/Outdoor Fireplace Mantles, Window & Door Casings and Pathways.

Villa Oliva Vineyards will be renowned for Premium Viticulture and Enology.  Our boutique Winery and Tasting Room will allow guests to taste and purchase a variety of Villa Oliva Premium Wines and Olive Oils as well as join the “V.O. Wine & Culinary Club.”   In effort to create a high-end, exclusive experience, access to the Winery and Tasting Room will be for resort guests only.  

V.I.P guests are a priority at Villa Oliva Vineyards.  In effort to accommodate these guests, there will be an exclusive V.I.P. Tasting Lounge located above the winery, complete with separate entrance, spacious seating, a gourmet kitchen and an outdoor dining room.

The cornerstone of Villa Oliva Vineyard’s business plan is our All-Season Weekend Wedding package, starting at $150,000.00.  Villa Oliva Vineyards offers each Bride and Groom the rare opportunity to reserve the entire Estate Resort for their Weekend Wedding including luxurious accommodations for up to 32 guests and a separate Honeymoon Suite.  Our Full Staff, including Private Chefs and Butlers, live on premise in order to fully cater to guests’ needs throughout the weekend.
