LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS:
THE VILLA: The 8-room Villa is reserved in its entirety and offers spacious tranquility for executives to work or play. Each 425 sq ft guestroom has two queen-size beds, a sitting area with vineyard views, a large flatscreen LCD television, office furnishings, workspace and a full-bath. Wireless Internet service is available throughout the entire Estate. The Villa Business Center, located on the lower level of the Villa, is equipt with a full-size copy machine, computer, fax, scanner, printer and everyday office supplies that are accessible to all executive guests 24 hours a day.
The Villa is complete with its own 1200 sq ft Conference Room featuring flexible seating that can be configured in multiple ways. The large high-definition LCD monitors make for easy presentations and oversized French Doors open to the Villa Pool, creating a relaxed work environment. All meals are provided by our in-house Villa Oliva Chefs and served pool-side at The Executive Bistro. This shaded, comfortable seating area has an outdoor kitchen offering fresh food, hot off the grill! As the workday culminates, the Bistro makes for the perfect stage to host a cocktail reception.
THE SUITES: Three additional Private Suites are also available for reservation.
· The Residence is three-bedroom, two-bath townhouse with a full-kitchen, living room, dining room and vineyard patio. Adjacent to the Villa, there is both a private entrance the outside and access from within the Villa via a secluded entrance.
· Il Presidente is both a luxurious retreat and extravagant entertaining space for Corporate Leaders and CEO’s. This 1200 sq ft luxury suite is completely separate from the Villa and situated in the heart of the Estate; casting by far, the grandest views. Il Presidente boasts a Master-Suite, 1 ½ baths, an executive office, gourmet kitchen, bar/lounge, dining room, indoor and outdoor living rooms with fireplaces, and a wrap-around panoramic balcony overlooking the Estate grounds, The Executive Bistro and the Villa Pool.
· Il Giardino is a beautiful Garden Suite offering a bit more seclusion for the more private executive. Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, this 600 sq ft one-bedroom, one-bath suite features a living room with fireplace, expansive views of the Estate grounds and a 400 sq ft balcony overlooking the Secret Garden; a spacious area with beautiful Italian stonework ,epicurean botanicals and shady olive trees that can also serve as entertaining space. Tucked away in the garden, is the Gourmet Bistro; a petite outdoor kitchen and dining area.

VALET SERVICE
Villa Oliva Vineyards offers Valet Service. Upon driving through the main gates of the Estate Resort, corporate guests will be directed down the drive where professional, courteous Villa Oliva valet service awaits. Dressed in navy blue sportswear, donning the Villa Oliva Vineyards crest, the staff is polished and welcoming, presenting Villa Oliva standards right from the beginning.
THE HELI-PAD & GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation can also be arranged to transport corporate guests from their office to Villa Oliva. We are happy to work closely with The GrapeLine to provide these executive services.
CORPORATE EXCURSIONS
Southern California Wine Country is an Executive Resort Community offering business travelers Pechanga; a world-class Casino, Championship Golf-Courses, Hot-Air Balloon flights and Wine Tours. Transportation from the Villa to these destinations can be coordinated.
