By Land…Bon Journo! Welcome to the Villa. Duayne and Tiffiny Webster will be there to warmly greet you with a glass of champagne and check you in to your luxurious Suite. Settle in and enjoy some delicious French Cheeses prepared for you by the Villa Fromagier…but, not for too long. Duayne, Tiffiny and a stretch limousine will be waiting for you down at the Porter Cochere for an afternoon of wine-tasting in the Temecula Valley. Let Duayne and Tiffiny introduce you to Southern California’s premier wine-makers as you discover the multitude of varietals that thrive in the warm California sun. As the sun sets…a delectable dinner for four is being prepared. Upon your return to the Villa, your evening with the Websters will continue with a private Five-Course Wine-Paring, served al fresco in the Secret Garden. The Villa Chef will serve a Seasonal Menu featuring fresh, organic, local ingredients that have been personally paired with wine selections by Ms. Webster, in accordance to your preferences. As the last glass of the evening is raised, a toast is made to delights morning will bring.
By Sea…Set Sail in beautiful San Diego! Just an hour’s drive from the Villa, Duayne and Tiffiny will join you aboard a luxurious yatch. Spend the day, soaking up the fresh sea air and stunning California coastline. A private chef is onboard as well, preparing the freshest “Catch of the Day.” Sip on Reserve Chardonnay as your cares drift away.
Dinner is yet another epicurean delight in Downtown. Under the sparkle of the city lights, Duayne and Tiffiny will lead you to one of their favorite restaurants where delicious food and master-crafted Italian wines are sure to abound. With another adventure of the horizon, it’s time to return to the Villa for a restful night’s sleep.
By Air…Rise to the Occasion with a So. Cal/ No. Cal Wine Country excursion. From the panoramic windows of your Luxury Suite, you’ll watch as a helicopter lands at the Estate. Duayne and Tiffiny will be ready and waiting to escort you onto the aircraft. Together, you will fly over the beautiful vineyards of the Temecula Valley to the rolling hills of Paso Robles, where more incredible wine-tasting awaits.
Extraordinary local cuisine, pinots and zinfandels will showcase why this wine region is also making such a name for itself. And at the end of a long, enjoyable day, it’s nice to know you’re only a short helicopter flight from the Villa.
Spaaaah!...After 3 fun-filled days of epicurean exploration, it’s time to rejuvenate with a day at The Grapeseed Luxury Spa, located within two miles of the Villa. Unwind in the jacuzzi and steam room before indulging in a Champagne Facial or Swedish Massage. After your treatment, relax by the pool and enjoy one of South Coast Winery’s award-winning wines before heading back to the Villa to check-out.

DAY 1…
WELCOME TO VILLA OLIVA. Check-in to your luxury suite and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful view of the Estate Grounds. Relaxation is the order of the day and spa treatments are just around the corner at The Grapeseed Luxury Spa. Unwind in the jacuzzi and steam room before indulging in a Champagne Facial or Swedish Massage. After your treatment, relax by the pool and enjoy one of South Coast Winery’s award-winning wines before heading back to the Villa for an extraordinary evening.
After relaxing at the spa, what better place to retreat than to the veranda of your luxury suite. Here, you will indulge in a glorious al fresco dining experience prepared right there for you by your personal Villa Oliva Chef. This incredible Five-Course Wine-Pairing dinner features Seasonal Selections paired with Villa Oliva wine selections by Villa owner, Tiffiny Webster.
DAY 2…
SEE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WINE COUNTRY FROM A WHOLE NEW PERSPECTIVE. Enjoy the beautiful morning sun as you soar high above the vineyards in a Hot-Air Balloon. Return to the Villa where a gourmet breakfast is waiting. Next, a luxury shuttle will arrive to take you on a fun-filled wine-tasting adventure that includes an incredible full-service lunch at one of the valley’s premier wineries.
The day is not over yet. Once back at the Villa, you’ll enjoy an easy-going, relaxed cooking class with a Villa Oliva private chef. The menu will feature rustic-chic wine country cuisine such as wood-oven pizza or roasted Tuscan chicken. Come as you are and just enjoy the spirit of wine country living.
DAY 3…
ADVENTURE TO ONE OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WINE COUNTRY’S NEIGHBORING DESTINATIONS. Choose either a day in San Diego aboard a harbor cruise followed by dinner under the city lights of Downtown or play a round of golf, do some designer shopping and indulge in a premium Steakhouse dinner in Palm Desert. Return to the Villa and enjoy a good night’s sleep. The choice is yours…and we’ll take care of all the arrangements!
DAY 4…
AS YOUR GETAWAY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WINE COUNTRY COMES TO AN END…we still have one more hidden jewel to reveal. On your way out of town, stop by Old Town Temecula. Enjoy the ol’west feel of wooden boardwalks and historical buildings. Take-in one last wine tasting at one of the many wine bars before culminating your trip with a delectable lunch at one of Duayne and Tiffiny’s favorite local spots, The Public House.
